Stopped here for Mother's Day's Breakfast, this is an absolutely adorable little cafe. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. One recommendation: when sautéing onions, make sure there's enough oil to keep it from getting burnt on the grill Our server was on point, she made sure we were fully stocked on napkins and were well served on coffee. This is a cute place to take your family for a Sunday morning breakfast after being on the road. Cute place. Had to get a mug to remember this place.

The value of a dollar still holds true at Wrens. The business has been in place for over 30 years and I just made my first visit yesterday. I also made my second visit today! The food is good but the portions are unbelievable! With good service and hefty portions I had to make sure I reviewed this cafe. I enjoyed the chicken fried steak (comes highly recommended) and tried the ham steak today. Very good, but I will make my go to, the chicken fried steak. The potatoes are very good as well and remind me of tots a bit. Enjoy!! Cheers to Wrens sticking around for another 30 years.

Stopped in for lunch w my Brother and mom. We all ordered and enjoyed Joe's French dip. Bread was fresh and toasted stayed whole while dipping, sauce was flavorful not too salty and the tri tip was tasty. Opted for the side salad instead of fries. Fresh salad too! Staff was friendly and responsive thank you

Wrens cafe been there as long as I can remember growing up in Vacaville.Still serves a great all american breakfast. Potatoes just seasoned and deep fried crunchy no onions and bell peppers yea. Eggs were over easy perfectly cooked. Service was quick waitress was hopping getting it done she was nice and took care of half the room. Open 6am closes 130 pm. Was a quiet place not real big inside . It was busy when we were there. Prices were good, 13.99 & 11.99. i recommend it if your heading to the bay in am . We will continue coming here I'm 60 yrs old now and its still a great place.Easy off and on freeway . Take Alamo exit if your heading west right on exit.
